Sustainhire is a job portal that connects job seekers with employers in the UAE. The platform provides job search, application management, resume parsing, candidate matching, and interview preparation tools.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Job seeker obligations
When using Sustainhire as a job seeker, you agree to provide truthful information in your profile and applications, to only apply to roles you are genuinely interested in, and to not submit fraudulent or misleading applications.
5. Employer obligations
When using Sustainhire as an employer, you agree to post accurate job listings, to not post discriminatory or unlawful content, to respond to applicants in a timely manner, and to comply with all applicable UAE employment laws.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Sustainhire to: post false or misleading job listings, harvest user data, send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or interfere with the operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Sustainhire platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Sustainhire and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Sustainhire is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sustainhire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if we believe your conduct is harmful to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Sustainhire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
